The Head of the Field Sales Force is fully responsible to grow sales (volume and value) as well as market share by leading an external sales team for the German food retail market.

Tasks:
" Grow the brands
" Maximizing business development via relationship building
" Build and maintain a strong network
" Organization and execution of trade fair presence
" Identifying new distribution and promotional programs
" Contribute to sales quotas, sales volume forecast and profit- for existing and new products in line with company guidelines
" Regular coordination with the commissioned agency
" Provide necessary operational performance reporting to senior management
" Budget responsibility
" Embrace the company's culture, incorporating its values into every day work life, acting as a culture ambassador and brand steward.
" Manage, coach and develop the dedicated sales reps (6-8) as well as the other sales reps (42)

Languages
" German fluent (native)
" English fluent

Education
" Academic degree is nice to have (Uni, FH, VWA, BA etc.)

Experience
" at least 2 years Sales experience in FMCG,
" first people management experience
" experience in impulse category is nice to have
