HR Manager - permanent position

As a HR Manager you will manage the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities:

- Management of HR related processes
- Talent management and performance management
- Learning & Development
- Coordinate HR projects, change and transformation processes
- Implement improvement and effectiveness initiatives and programs.


Profil

Requirements:

- Masters' degree
- Min. 10 years' experience in Human Resources (HR processes such as T&A, talent and performance management, employer branding,...)
- Experience with change management
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- You have a dynamic personality and are an autonomous worker as well as a teamplayer
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- People management skills.
