Interim Comp & Ben Manager

For a well-known player in the services industry we are looking for a Interim Compensation & Benefits Manager with Senior expertise for a challenging management role.


As a Interim Comp&Ben Manager (SENIOR) you will be responsible for the management of Comp&Ben from A - Z:

- Supervise all payroll and hard HR activities and processes.
- Manage all compensation and benefits activities,processes and policies.
-Implementation and improvement of existing C&B processes.
-Lead the hard HR practices in alignment with the overall strategy.
-Advisory role for top management and C&B department on C&B related topics and social law matters.
-Consulting role for team and individuals, business partners on payroll, compensation, benefits, tax, insurance questions.
-Follow-up and analyse market trends to keep up with best practices in C&B.
-Set up C&B policies from scratch and develop, implement, improve policies.
-Stakeholder, project and team management.
-Reporting to the management.


- SENIOR EXPERTISE as Comp&Ben Manager - min. 10 years' experience
- Experience in large and complex structures.
- Strong analytical, communication, decision-making skills on C-level.
- Efficient and effective way of working with focus on strong priority and time management.
- Consulting and recommendation skills on C-level.
- Strategic and operational!
- People management skills with proven track record.
- Dynamic, data & result-driven, pro-active and hands-on mentality.
