A Field Marketing Manager for an international, made in Belgium retail brand.

You will be creating operational marketing campaigns from A-Z on a local/international/national level is the focus of your responsibility. You and the marketing team will make sure we understand and connect with our customers by leveraging our POS & making sure the brand is visible. Do not hesitate to activate our brand on the market by connecting with the communities, bloggers, and influencers. You will take the lead on the implementation and adaptations of the global marketing strategy to the Belgian and UK market, with a direct reporting line to the global marketing director. So, you will be part of the global marketing team!


- Be the main SPOC for your two markets, Belgium & UK, when it comes down to the marketing strategy/campaigns. Ensure community management on all levels, since connecting & understanding your customer is thé goal.

- Make sure the company is visible on your markets by staying in close contact with your retail points. Also support them with POS materials and instore communications, in collaboration with the retail managers.

- Always collaborate closely with the global marketing team when implementing or creating operational marketing campaigns. Do not only create & implement them but also analyse when the campaign is launched. Is this working as we thought? Is this generating the additional sales we counted on?

- The international HQ is in Brussels, but you will also be in the different retail points once in a while. Besides, you'll also travel monthly to London to do the follow of the marketing projects in the UK market.


- min Bachelor degree or the same by experience

- Fluent in Dutch/French
- Fluent in English

- 3 years of experience in marketing (for example: in the agency world, trade marketing or brand management)
- Solid project management skills and being able to juggle around with different projects and deadlines at once

- You work in a structured and organized manner, but at the same time you are flexible.
- Besides you have a sense of initiative & are hands-on.
- Set your own objectives and goals and work towards them in a self-directed way.
