As Sales Engineer, you are a key player in driving business growth by acquiring and maintaining relationships with customers across Flanders and Northern France. You will utilize your interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and build a bond with customers, while providing technical expertise. This role involves identifying opportunities, creating strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & New Business Development
• Achieve sales and profit targets for assigned key accounts; monitor these targets and adjust them as needed
• Initiate, develop, and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and wholesalers
• Promotion of the Company
Promote the product range and offer tailored deals.
• Represent the company at trade shows and professional events.
• Performance Management & Reporting
Identify and respond to market trends.
• Ensure rigorous sales follow-up and clear reporting.
• Customer Management
Identify and address customer needs.
• Understand customers' business processes.
• Manage complaints; ensure customer satisfaction.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
Languages
• Fluent French, Dutch, and English (essential for effective region coverage and international stakeholder management)
• German is nice to have
