As a Key Account Manager you are the link between the main customers and the organisation. You have to understand the strategy of the retailers and their specific needs and within this context you put in place the commercial strategy.
Your tasks will include:
" You manage some of the most important key custome (Retail top 3)
" You strengthen the current relationships and close the yearly contracts in which you negotiate the trade terms
" You develop annual account plans for all your customers based on deep analyses (Trade margin,margin, requirements of your customers…)
" You develop the promotional plan and secure presence and visibility of the products in store
" You continuously follow-up the evolution of the turnover and profitability of your customers and adjust in order to attain business objectives
" You work closely with the Category manager on specific category management projects, enabling optimal visibility in shelf
" You are aware of the events in store and of the competition
" You work closely with the field sales manager in order to coordinate the execution of activities done by the field sales in store
" You dispose of a higher education Master's Degree
" You have KAM- experience, preferrably, but not necessarily in FMCG.
" You are a good negotiator
" You are result oriented
" You dispose of good relational and analytical skills
" You are a team player
" You are efficient and pro-active
" You are a good communicator
" You can work with Microsoft Office
" You are fluent in DU - FR - EN
