As a product manager Europe you are responsible for supporting the dealer network and the stakeholders on all
product related matters in order to increase product awareness and impact the
sales in a positive manner. You ensure that the product portfolio is in line with market
requirements through VOC, market, competition, making the product portfolio futureproof.
Deliver specified outcomes and provide others with expert advice while working
within established marketing programs. Assist and consult on new marketing
2) MARKETING IMPACT ASSESSMENT
Collect and synthesize metrics and other data and participate in reviews of
marketing activities to identify possible improvements.
3) DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS
Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify
possible impacts on the business.
4) PRODUCT AND SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT
Investigate and propose complex products and services. Analyze and evaluate
the feasibility and relevance of proposed complex products and services - and
develop and amend as necessary through discussion with colleagues. The
product specialist is responsible for supervising activities performed by a
product development or specialist team.
5) PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Monitor all aspects of a product life cycle, including long- and short-term
development and marketing. Perform analyses to stay abreast of trends in the
marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position. Lead the introduction
of new products in the European market.
6) CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES IMPLEMENTATION
Design and coordinate implementation of differentiating customer experience
initiatives, tools, and processes.
7) PRODUCT TRAINING
Develop, organize and execute product education courses to meet identified
needs in order to improve performance and meet business requirements.
8) PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
Provide advanced product/service information and respond to complex customer
questions about the product/service.
9) PRODUCT/SERVICE DEVELOPMENT
Define, set up and conduct the process of testing of new products/services to
assess against market acceptance and competitor benchmarks.
10) STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Contribute to stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding
out their needs/issues/concern and reacting to these by arranging meetings and
events and drafting supporting materials to promote understanding and
11) PERSONAL CAPABILITY BUILDING
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development
planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or
maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve
performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an in-depth understanding of
technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing
education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

- English: fluent
- French and/or German is a big plus
- Any other European language is an asset
- Min. 5 years experience in a similar product manager role
- Knowledge of/ experience in material handling
- Experience in an industrial environment
- International experience is a big plus
