The Field Sales Manager assures a Best In Class animation, management, communication and application of the 4P's for his team of 15 sales representatives in the distribution region he/she is responsible for in order to reach the company's targets and priorities.
The Field Sales Manager:
- Ensures that, in all sales points, all company's qualitative and quantitative objectives for all Field Sales KPI's (distribution, visibility, promotion, second placement,..) are achieved for our entire series of permanent and seasonal events;
- Recommends improvements regarding the organization of the field in terms of people and frequency of the visits in order to optimize the coverage of the sales points;
- Animates and coordinates monthly and seasonal meetings and contributes to the yearly training;
- Analyses the evolution of sales volumes of all sales KPI's on weekly and monthly basis and decides whether additional actions in terms of promotion actions need to be taken;
- Follows and analyses the competitor's evolution and takes this into account in the decision making process towards the client;
- Coordinates, motivates, shapes and assures the development of the regional account representatives;
- Guarantees a strong representation on the field (an average of 3 days a week) by accompanying the Regional Account Representative.
-Bachelor degree or equal by experience.
-Bilingual Dutch-French and proficiency in English.
KNOWLEDGE / EXP.
-Ideally a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role (Field Sales Manager) in FMCG.
-Someone with a previous background as Key Account Management/ Category Manager with a first people management experience.
