Sales Director Out of Home

Our client is a global leader in consumer packaged goods, producing and distributing a uniquely diverse portfolio of classic and innovative products throughout the world.


As a Sales Director Out of Home:

- You'll define and implement the 3 years out-of-home commercial strategy for the Benelux.
- You'll monitor and control the achievement of the objectives, comparing forecasts with accomplishments.
- You'll identify and implement growth opportunities for the brandportolio within the out-of-home / horeca channel.
- You'll be responsible for the organisation, management and development of the sales teams (approx. 20 people - 4 direct reports) in order to achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- You'll lead various strategic projects, both locally and internationally.
- You'll be a member of the Management Team, you'll prioritize and co-lead the business with a long term vision.
- You'll embody the company culture and make it alive within the organization.
- You'll collaborate actively with all departments: Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail, Finance, Supply and HR.

- You have at least 10 years of proven experience in a commercial role in the FMCG sector towards the out-of-home / horeca channel.
- You have a proven track record in people management.
- You can count on a solid network in horeca in Belgium (= must) and a good knowledge of the horeca in The Netherlands (= differentiating factor).
- You are competitive and agile.
- You can navigate easily into a complex, fast changing & highly competitive environment.
