You are responsible for the inflow of sales and non-sales candidates through a sophisticated recruitment communication and optimal mix of recruitment channels. You manage advert responses, do direct searches and pro-actively approach potential candidates from the market via social media. You select candidates via video screening, interviews, testing and assessment centers and follow up the entire process from A to Z. You work closely with the business and with the hiring managers, attend career fairs, streamline campus recruitment and actively work with external partners. Lastly you report to the HR Manager.

Source & Select
" Manage the talent acquisition process and all relevant recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
" Be point of contact for a line managers and HR Business Partners regularly maintaining contact with all stakeholders, providing updates/reports on campaign status, timely preparation of recruitment /project statistics and presentations as and when required
" Utilise alternate sourcing strategies to build alternate sources of candidate pools including developing of industry networks, effective use of social media, improve Hilti's online presence
" Manage the creation and placement of advertisements to effectively and efficiently source competitive pool of candidates for each recruitment campaign, monitor advertisement responses, identify most effect media and acquire best advertisement packages/rates.
" Aim to consistently add value to our employment brand via proactive engagement with all stakeholders including developing a superior candidate care process ensuring we maintain our employment brand
" Manage all recruitment administrative activities and candidate care (response, queries, updating, engagement, scheduling and co-ordination)
" Partner closely with HR team and our global peers on any strategic programs/initiatives where sourcing expertise may be required or be advantageous to our brand
" University and industry engagement, helping to develop and drive a successful graduate recruitment strategy.

" Coach HR colleagues on sourcing, research and engagement initiatives
Reward & Retain
" Drive and coordinate the Refer a Candidate program as a tangible benefit for team members & the business
" Provide market intelligence and research on HR trends on a regular basis
" Ensure the employment brand is preserved by ensuring accurate reflection of employment experience, our work culture and our performance expectations of people in their role
" Ensure recruitment agencies accurately portray the Employment experience, benefits & expectations to our candidates
Conditions for our interim manager:
- Minimum 2 days a week, ideally 5
- start date: as soon as possible, a start up can be discussed for mid May or early June (maximum)
- location: hybrid, you can work from home, 2 times a week at the office is the minimum

The requirements are:
" Degree qualified with a solid experience in recruitment (internal or agency)
" A high level of expertise in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
" A strong ability with internet-based sourcing techniques and practices
" Excellent communication skills in Dutch (native level) with a good command of French and English
" Ability to formulate professional advice to all levels across the organisation, including senior management
" A well-organised team player who gets things done
" Proficient in MS Office
