Our candidate will be responsible for sales in Belgium, managing a defined list of strategic accounts and prospects in the target market consisting in both private and public prospective customers in Dutch and French speaking areas. They will be responsible for maintaining and developing good relationships with the assigned clients and prospects in order to further develop these relationships on a commercial level.
He / she will directly report to the CEO of the company and will closely collaborate with the Director of Operations.
He / she will :
"Develop the strategic accounts and prospects through partnerships in order to promote the corporate solutions and thus achieving an increase in turnover and margins within the company. He / she will have the empowerment to develop a commercial strategy and plan and decide together with the CEO the company's commercial battles to win.
"Develop his / her network at his / her clients. Develop good contacts on several levels. You will prioritize which industry / customer / audience to target first , set up commercial development plans and marketing campaigns. You have the can - do mentality to make things happen, spot the decision makers, seize the opportunities.
"Analyze the client needs and identify new business at existing clients.
" Write proposals (in close collaboration with operations). You are analytical and can understand a customer's book of charges, make quotations and defend a value proposition.
" Establish his / her internal network in order to provide the highest level of service towards clients.
" Synchronise all sales activities in his / her portfolio and ensure the quality of projects. Follow up and motivate the operational teams delivering the projects at customer side.
" Draw up a strategic account plan in order to develop a broad network within the key accounts and to spot new projects at their earliest stage.
"Have a pro-active attitude (networking, cold calling, …) in prospecting new business and contacts new accounts in order to generate new business.
" Work in close collaboration with people on the field to obtain detailed technical information, necessary to present tailor-made business solutions to the client.
" Assure a good reporting and follow-up of the sales pipeline.
Higher education or equivalent by experience
You have a sound experience in B2B sales, preferably in project selling and / or custom made solutions
An experience in facility management will be considered as a plus : catering, cleaning, document management, outsourcing ... but a proven track record in sales and B2B services is a must
You have experience in generating leads, managing a pipeline of projects, analyses of customers' needs, books of charges and establishing tailor - made proposals
You are a hands - on entrepreneur, with a can - do mentality, you want to keep on growing and work in teams in a customer oriented environment with a lot of potiential.
