Mission
The corporate communication manager embodies the companies values and knows the organization inside out. You will be responsible for the event organization internal and external.

Main responsibilities:
-You will develop the events strategy on a yearly basis, a approach that supports the brand
-You will align with key stakeholders (sales, product marketing, brand, digital communication etc.) to ensure your events meet business needs.
-You integrate external & internal events, including: 3rd party/fairs participation, community events, sales meetings, product/collection launches,…
-You will integrate and align the company's goals and direction through internal and external events
-You provide coordination and/or training to internal stakeholders (e.g. booth staffing briefing for fairs)
-You execute all said events in close collaboration with the event agency
-You deliver the project on time and you respect the foreseen budget
-You will independently manage the event agency from planning to execution
-You delegate and collaborate efficiently with the event coordinator internally.
-You need to Assess, evaluate and measure the success of your events
-You regularly Report your findings back to management
-You need to adjust your strategy based on customer and/or management feedback
-You are willing to travel.

Profil

Languages
- You are fluent in English
- French and Dutch are a plus

Education
- You have a master's degree in communication or equivalent by experience.

Knowledge/Experience
- You have minimum 5 years of experience in event management
- You have strong organizational and project management skills
- You can work independent and you have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are pro-active person with a can do mentality
- You can work agile
- You have a strong awareness of the challenge of sustainable development.
- You are enthusiastic and customer oriented.
- You are dynamic flexible and you have a positive attitude.
