Commercial Excellence Manager

The organisation has recently launched a Commercial Excellence- initiative with the purpose of further professionalizing its Sales, Marketing & Pricing capabilities.
It is in this context that they are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to support the Sales teams with the implementation of the identified commercial excellence initiatives.

Poste

The Commercial Excellence Manager will report directly to the Marketing Director, and will have the following main responsibilities:

A) Coordinate the implementation of short-term Pricing & Sales improvement initiatives
B) Build Commercial Excellence capabilities inside the organization through coaching, training and knowledge exchange
C) Support on Pricing & Sales analytics to track overall commercial performance

Profil

Languages:

You are fluent in Dutch, French and English

Education:

You have a Master's degree

Knowledge/Experience:

A) You have minimum 5 years of previous work experience
B) You have a background in Sales & Marketing, Pricing, or Consulting
C) Problem solver with proven analytical skills to help identify business improvement levers
D) Experience working on the implementation of commercial improvement initiatives (Pricing, Marketing and/ or Sales)
E) Good understanding of Pricing in a B2B context, covering list price and distribution agreements (discounts & rebates).
F) Experience with management systems and analytical tooling (SAP, BI, Excel)
G) Previous experience tracking business performance KPI and setting up dashboards
H) Strong interpersonal skills to drive change in our Sales & Marketing organization, and ensure sharing of best practices
I) Passionate about organizing coaching sessions and working on continuous business improvement topics with our sales teams (e.g. negotiation training, customer experience improvement…)
J) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at a time; detail-oriented and deadline sensitive.
