Knowledge / Exp.
- You have strong experience in managing digital lead gen teams in an international B2B enterprise SAAS environment, ideally in a Private Equity environment.
- You have an excellent track record of achieving targets and combine a data-driven approach with the ability to understanding the business priorities
- Solid knowledge of the latest digital marketing techniques, channels and trends ( SEO, SEA, Social, intent based MKT, retargeting, …)
- Successfully implemented and ran marketing automation systems (e.g. Hubspot), aligned with the CRM (e.g. SFDC)
- Strong experience with direct people mgmt., excellent interpersonal skills and indirect stakeholder mgmt.
- You have an excellent track record of achieving targets and combine a data-driven approach with the ability to understanding the business priorities

Profil

2.1. Mission

As the director of digital marketing, you are responsible to achieve the pipeline generation targets for the inbound channels for our both business lines within the company. Therefore you are responsible of the definition and execution of the overall digital strategy.
You manage a team of +- 8 people and manage the interaction with our digital agency.

2.2. Key Accountabilities

The role is an ideal opportunity for a highly ambitious and seasoned marketing professional who is ready to be both strategic and hands-on and move the needle. You will report to the group CMO.

Your role:
" Definition of digital strategy and supervise execution, both inhouse and though digital partner.
" Guarantee pipeline creation and proactively drive mitigation plans.
" Management, planning and follow-up of overall Digital Marketing budget (CAC - CLTV) and develop acceleration cases.
" Align with sales leadership and Go-to-Market directors to understand market dynamics and adapt digital lead gen plans to local market needs.
" Build the Lead to customer funnel and drive conversation rates.
" Develop an upgrade your team.
" Drive several Marketing & Sales efficiency projects.
