RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SEO & Content Strategy
- Coordinate with all stakeholders (countries and divisions) to establish and deploy a content strategy (editorial strategy, content creation, semantic analyses, etc.) in line with business needs.
- Ensure that said content strategy is sufficient for the SEO needs of the company and its various entities (Divisions, Countries).
- Organize "brainstorming" with the various "business stakeholders" to assess whether all the possibilities regarding natural referencing and/or content creation have been explored within all divisions and their different markets. Align, according to the results of these "brainstorming's", with all the partners


2. SEO & Content Tactics
- Based on analysis and discussions, select the tactics and actions that will pay off fast (identify the Content & SEO quick wins)
- Advise the "stakeholders" to implement the strategies and tactics that will be the most beneficial to the SEO performance of our various sites.
- Ensure the right pace in terms of content creation, publication and promotion (in collaboration with the online advertising specialist).

3. SEO & Content Tactics
- Research, test, qualify and deploy SEO tools allowing the digital team to expand their SEO service offering.
- Respond to requests from "Business Stakeholders" relating to SEO problems they encounter and/or content creation.
- Carry out quality checks on the deliverables carried out within the various projects relating to natural referencing and Content (Content Team, SEO Task Force, etc.)
- Develop and update, in collaboration with the digital team and Business Stakeholders Core Team, the methodologies and working procedures relating to natural referencing

4. Development & Communication
- Collaborate with the adoption team to develop and update internal training courses and Content relating to SEO and content creation.
- In collaboration with the Head of Execution, communicate about the services offered by the digital team. Ensure that the department's SEO expertise shines. (Newsletter, articles, training on T2G, ...)

Profil

Education
- Master or equivalent by experience

Languages
- English is a must

Knowledge/Experience
- Excellent communicator that can share complex information in an intelligible way to different types of interlocutors (Digital, IT, Marketer)
- Capable of bringing collaborators together in a common vision (marketing country, brand management, …)
- Able to translate Business Requirements into concrete and value-generating services
- Result oriented team player, logical and pragmatic (lean and efficient solutions matching the context)
- Web development (HTML/CSS/Javascript) and CMS.
- Excellent communicator than can share complex information in an intelligible way to different types of interlocutors (Digital, IT, Marketer)
- Capable of bringing collaborators together in a common vision (marketing country, brand management, …)
- SEO "tools (Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, SemRush, ScreamingFrog, etc…)
- Web analytics (GA, Optimizely, Hotjar)
- HTML / CSS & Javascrip
