Sales Manager Benelux
Our client is looking for a suitable sales manager Benelux. As the organization is in the middle of large changes, the new sales manager Benelux will have to be able to deal with large responsibilities:
• Responsibility for the fulfillment of specified target figures for each sales advisor per sales group and ensuring that the sales target is achieved
• Responsibility for the management of the employees of the group: commitment of the employees, their development, administration and control
- Motivation for over performance
- Coaching in sales methods
- Training in technological issues
- Planning and validation of the work effort of our Application Technologists
• Market observation: competitor products and their development - competitors - new or known customers - initiation of new and / or market-driven products and product lines
• Acquisition and processing of direct customers, possibly with the involvement of Application Technologists/Sales
• Responsibility for acquisition and processing of new customers by Application Technologists/Sales
• Implementation of contracts and special promotions in cooperation and agreement with the sales management
· Management of and participation in trade fairs and specialist events (demonstrations, seminars)
*Master's degree in a relevant scientific field, or similar by experience.
*Dutch - Fluent
*French - Fluent
*English or German - Fluent
KNOWLEDGE / EXP.
*You have experience in the food ingredient- or meat-industry. (industrial or retail.)
You have experience in the food industry and a very strong interest in food ingredients or the meat-sector.
*You have experience with high level negotiations.
*You have experience in combining a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
*You have experience in change management.
*You have at least 4 years of experience in people management.
*You have at least 5 years of experience in sales.
