- Relevant briefing for our creative agency & Media Agency.
- Agency & media relations
- Managing creative & media agencies (online & offline actions): overall communication & media strategy towards different audiences.
- Coordination of the creation and amplification of the content on the different media channels.
- Coordination of the planning and execution of deliverables & reporting.
- Overseeing media relations: identifying new media & advertising
- Community management : work in close collaboration with the Digital Communication Manager and the PA&PR Manager on the social media channels.
- Planning of the content: scheduling of the different actions.
- Manage the multilingual content: NL, FR, UK (DE).
- Briefing agency about the image & illustration
- Monitoring and moderation of all actions & reactions made + research of additional information to ensure the answering towards the requestors.
- Supervision & overview of the content creation and amplification: for paid & owned media channels.
- Content planning
- Creation & strategy briefing towards agencies
- Follow-up of the material delivering + alarming and reaction when need.
- Real guarantor of the respect for the overall external communications strategy and the implementation into all our digital channels.
- Owner of 'Ambassador program': identifying and recruiting of potential influencers as an established ambassadors via online & offline channels.
