Job description
Society is urbanizing globally, resulting in several mobility and sustainability challenges. The main purpose of the VP sales is to drive (future) system sales and determine sales tactics complementary to the strategy. The VP Sales reports to the CEO and should be a strong contributor to the Corporate Executive Team. He/she will have a focus on order intake & Revenue, Cost of sales efficiency, Gross Margin and Sales Process Compliance.

Responsibilities
-Manage and drive all sales operations for the BU Systems
-Be responsible for your own quota & negotiation
-Lead, manage, motivate and develop the sales
-Work closely with EVP Managed Services, VP Engineering and VP Operations
-Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
-Manage overall sales process, CRM and forecasting
-Develop plans and strategies to grow business and achieve sales goals
-Work closely with marketing to establish successful support, channel and partner programs

Profile

Requirements
-Minimal Bachelor degree
-Fluent in Dutch and English
-At least 10 years sales experience in Business to Government markets, with complex and large RFPs
-At least 5 years in a senior management position
-Experience with long sales cycles and contract screening
-Experience in working with multiple channel partners and distributors simultaneously
-Experience in cross and upselling through licensing, support and services
-Experience in selling to large enterprises is an advantage
-Trustworthy, Mature, Down to earth, Patient and a Good sense of humour
-Strong leadership skills, business acumen, negotiation skills, tenacious and teamplayer
