- Realize initial strong growth in a new competitive market environment (Randstad).
- Professional B2B field work in the hospitality branch.
- Represent the company in a new competitive market environment.
- Able to negotiate with broad spectrum stakeholders: sommeliers, chefs, restaurant owners.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the Wine & Spirits Industry in on- and off trade.
- Brand and company loyalty and ownership
- Target focused and understanding of P&L.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Already a solid network in the business.
- Highly independent and self-motivated.
- Sales skills within the hospitality industry.
- Experience in network building.
- Out-of-the-box thinking is required.
- Passion for wine.
- Wine & Spirits education is a plus.
- Located in the Randstad.
