Our client is a startup active in the Dutch healthcare sector.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive the launch, adoption and rapid growth of our client innovative solution in the Dutch healthcare sector. He/she will create awareness of the solution in the Dutch healthcare setting. Present, train and explain to customers. Recruit new customers and expand the customer base. The goal of the Sales Manager is that our client will be recognized as the innovator and preferred solution of choice.
The successful candidate is expected to have:
• Significant experience in selling products in the Dutch healthcare sector, preferably products with a differentiated positioning and/or system-sales
• A strong network among key members of the Decision Making Unit (DMU) in leading Dutch hospitals and Care Homes
• A proven track-record in successfully launching new (preferably system-sales) products and achieve growth within a relatively short time-frame
• Contract Negotiation & Management experience
• An ability to bring together technical knowledge and commercial skills to provide new solutions to the market
• Ability to work in a small organisation, with a hands-on, can-do mentality and high energy
