Marketing Manager

Define and implement marketing strategy (brand priorities, investment / resources focus, long-term market / trade trends);
Drive marketing team integrated business planning process coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain and Controlling departments;
Identify business opportunities and risks through solid analytical processes, and develop immediate action plans accordingly to meet company objectives;
Optimize marketing team business processes fostering effective interactions with other departments;
Set and control team / brand / category objectives;
Detect marketing team development needs and potential. Foster marketing team development;
Build, develop, lead and motivate a top marketing team in the prestige market;


Skills and abilities needed in this position:

A minimum of 10 years marketing leadership experience in an A-brand environment
Very strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to identify team needs and individual characteristics in order to maximize performance and continuously develop team's professional skills and well as analytical skills;
Strong business sense and ability to develop brand/category strategies to meet the needs of customers and business;
Results oriented. Ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives in a multi-task demanding environment;
Leadership drive, initiative and can-do attitude;
Proactivity and self-starter;
Long-term business perspective. Global management scope perspective;
Excellent analytical skills;
A Master's degree
