Job

The Senior Sales Manager is fully responsible for assigned customers in the country, the commercial success, the strategic planning, development and growth of the organization, including market share, as well as for the development of the organization and team in Germany, according to the companies goals and strategies. This includes full budget planning and responsibility, implementation and achieving sustainable growth.

Tasks:

" Planning, preparation and implementation of the annual budget
" Managing existing customer base
" Expanding the customer base within assigned geography
" Development of an annual Marketing & Communication plan
" Continuous market and competition monitoring
" Identify and use market trends (business development and innovation)
" Ensuring customer satisfaction
" Close cooperation with colleagues from all departments
" Development and use of network to support sales success (synergies)

Profile

Languages
" Englisch (fluent)
" French (nice to have)
" German (nice to have)
" Polish (nice to have)

Education
" Academic degree
" or a commercial/ technical education

Experience
" At least 5-10 years sales experience
" Experience in Window film or decorative films
" People management experience would be nice to have
" Experience in international markets (export markets)
" Experience in complex products sales
