Within IT End-User & Collaboration Serv, they have a team that focusses on change and adoption of the end users to new tools. They accompany end
users during roll out of tools with trainings, eLearning and support. They are looking for people with experience to strengthen this Agile team.
Organise, execute and monitor the (digital) Change & Adoption of the Collaboration Tools.
Currently following tools are included (onpremises):
-Skype for Business, Jabber Cisco Softphone, SharePoint, OneNote (and to a lesser extend Outlook and Office).
Team Members role:
Provide a qualitative and fast service to the business.
Guide and support the Business in adopting the New Ways of Working, using the Microsoft technology stack.
Change & Adoption
Train & coach Champions/Ambassadors (=key users from the business),
Helpdesk and Business Site Owners in the functional business usage of the Collaboration Tools.
Create end user material published on the end user portal and/or used by Champions.
Help the persons responsible for the internal promotion & communication to create awareness and achieve better adoption of the tools
Bachelor of Master with experience
English: Good knowledge
Experience in communication / training.
Advanced functional knowledge of at least one: Skype or Jabber or Outlook.
Good functional knowledge of SharePoint, including configuration
of sites, metadata, search, social functions¡K
Good knowledge of the Best Practices as defined by Microsoft.
Follow up the new evolutions with the Microsoft collaboration stack and/or O365.
Have proven experience from an O365 or on-premises project for a larger company.
