We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager for a minimum of 3 months / Start ASAP!
The Trade Marketing Manager is in charge of optimizing the return on investments in Trade Marketing and ensuring the good application of the promotion plans with the distributors at a worldwide level and the Sales Force on the zones. It is the interface between the brand's group policy and the distribution network,
in order to generate notoriety, in-store traffic and sales. He goes down the group projects and takes local initiatives with his teams in charge of Concept & Merchandising, Category Management and training.
In close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams, you develop the Trade Marketing strategy, the Category Management, the 'Concept and Merchandising' and he Academy.
You drive all Trade Marketing operations and build an in-store experience with your team for excellence. · You are responsible for the choice of agencies and relationships with them. ·
You perform a strategic analysis of the market and the competition. ·
You set the schedule of promotional actions to achieve desired results and maximize ROI. ·
You analyze consumer behavior, reseller needs and market trends to develop proposals for brand growth. ·
You monitor the profitability of the actions implemented in the field and optimize the results. · You draw up plans and annual budgets by category / channel and create a "win-win" partnership with the distribution network
You have at least 10 years of professional experience in a commercial management role
You know the Retail / Food sector and excel in execution.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are oriented (e) results and quality
You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
You have an analytical mind and are a true People Manager
You excel in account management and project management
You are trilingual (FR / NL / EN).
