The HR Manager is responsible for the delivery, management and development of the following scope of activities:
o Employee relationship management. Act as the first point of contact and support for employees for addressing HR matters;
o Social legislation;
o Compensation and benefits management including the coordination with suppliers and employees (insurances, fleet, mobile…)
o Continuous HR process improvement;
o Organization & coordination of training programs;
o HR Project management (grading system, benchmarking…);
o Payroll management;
o Be our employer's brand ambassador;
o Maintain HR records and employee files, ensuring accuracy of files and legal compliance.


A successful experience in a HR Generalist position;
Very good communication skills, drive, positive and with an entrepreneurial mindset;
Ability to handle multiple priorities and to work autonomously;
Fluent in English as well as in Dutch and/or French;
