- Develop and implement the Marketing & Communication strategy
- Organise a yearly international congress (sponsor's prospection, logistics, global event organisation)
- Manage 360° communication campaigns: websites, videoconferences, webinar, online school, social networks, digital campaigns…
- Lead the marketing team and interns
The Marketing Manger is the key driving force in developing and implementing the local strategies and plans, in the context of a growing international collaboration. Every year, these plans will need to be agreed upon together with international management.
He / she will lead a team in change of brand strategy and roll out of in the different channels and markets on EMEA level.
Experience in a B2B environment is a must, preferably marketing background with experience with SME's and SoHo
Experience with P&L responsibility in the past
Experience in CRM, product management, brand management & communication is required
Sound and proven experience in people management
Experience within challenges or entrepreneurial environment will be considered a strong plus
