Our client is a new and innovative partner in the hygiene market, specialized in the production of incontinence products and baby diapers.
- The Sales Manager will develop the commercial plan, elaborate the brand strategy, define the objectives that need to be achieved and ensure regular reporting on the results to the management.
- Together with the leading European Healthcare wholesalers, they want to develop their private label segment.
- The Sales Manager will report to the Director Healthcare.
- He/she will have to set up a sales strategy for the concerned countries (Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands).
- The Sales Manager needs to look for potential new distributors and make the agreements.
- He/she is responsible for the management of the distributors and has to hire/manage the sales team product managers.
- He/she has to coordinate all marketing and sales activities in the market.
- The Sales Manager will have to initiate the training of Technical Representatives and the Healthcare staff.
- He/she stays continuously informed on market evolutions and initiatives from direct competitors and report these.
- He/she is responsible for the follow up of the orders and payment issues.
- The Sales Manager is also in control of the development of marketing concepts and special offers.
- University degree or equal by experience.
Fluent in French, Dutch and English (both written & verbal).
- Having 3 to 5 years of commercial experience with health/medical distributors and/or OTC wholesalers.
- Having worked with private label products (= must).
- Having worked with distributors (= must).
- Having worked with in the medical channel (=nice to have).
- Willing to travel in Europe; having an international experience will be seen a plus.
- Have an ambitious, entrepreneurial and international mindset.
- Show strong leadership towards people around you; have a convincing personality and be a real team player who wants to obtain targets together with your colleagues.
- Highly motivated, resilient and flexible in changing situations.
